THESE ARE TONER CARTRIDGES THAT DO NOT HAVE AN INTEGRATED DRUM UNIT. THE DRUM IS A SEPARATE UNIT FROM THE TONER CARTRIDGE.
These cartridges are all physically the same but have different chips for the different specific printer models. Make sure you have the correct cartridge for your specific printer model.
These are compatible cartridges so there will be some differences from the OEM; these differences will NOT affect the function.
There is a waste toner box included with our compatible cartridge which will need to be replaced at the same time as the toner cartridge.
Not Recognizing
Verify you have the correct cartridge for your specific printer model.
There is a smart chip located on the end of the toner cartridge. Check to make sure this chip isn’t missing or damaged. Finger print oil can cause false readings so you may want to clean the contacts with a lint-free cloth and attempt to re-install the toner cartridge.

– Use a lint free cloth to clean dust and dirt away from the register roller (metal).
– Insert the developer unit together with the toner cartridge, back into the printer.
– Close the front cover and top cover.
– Open the left cover. Use a lint free cloth to clean dust and dirt away from the vents.
– Close the left cover.
Print Quality Issues
Make sure the cleaning outlined above was completed.
There is a clear pull tape seal that must be removed from the toner shutter.
Shake the toner cartridge 5 or 6 times to distribute the toner evenly inside the cartridge. Do not touch the chip or the part of the cartridge outlined in the picture below.
Not Fitting
Verify you have the correct cartridges for your specific printer model.
