Print Quality Issues
Gently shake the cartridge from side to side to redistribute the toner powder evenly inside the cartridge.
There is a pull tape seal which must be removed from the cartridge. It is important that this pull tape seal is fully removed from the cartridge. If the cartridge is printing blank pages or printed 2-3 pages and now is printing blank pages then the pull tape seal has not been removed or has broken off while being removed.
The OPC drum is located on the bottom of the cartridge covered by a spring loaded plastic shutter. Lift the shutter up to view the drum. Do NOT touch the OPC drum. You can use a clean, dry, lint-free cloth to gently clean the drum. Do NOT use moisture of any kind.
