Not Recognizing

Print Quality Issues
There’s a pull tape seal on the side of the cartridge which must be removed prior to installation. It is important that this pull tape seal is fully removed. If the cartridge is printing blank pages or printed 2-3 pages and now prints blank then the pull tape seal has not been removed or has broken off inside the cartridge.
Be sure that the cleaning procedure outlined before was performed when the new toner cartridge was installed. It is very important to run this cleaning procedure any time a new toner cartridge is installed or damage to the printer may occur.
Gently rock the cartridge from end to end 5 or 6 times to redistribute the toner powder inside the cartridge.
The OPC drum is located on the bottom of the cartridge and is protected by a spring loaded plastic shutter. Pull open the plastic shutter to visually inspect the OPC drum for damage or debris. Do NOT touch the OPC drum. A soft, clean, dry, lint-free, cloth can be used to gently wipe the drum. Do NOT use moisture of any kind.
Not Fitting
Verify you have the correct cartridge for your specific printer model. Make sure the pull tape seal has been removed from the side of the cartridge. Check to make sure the cartridge is being installed in the correct directional orientation. Look inside the printer for any debris which may be interfering with the cartridge install. Check the cartridge itself for physical damage.
