Please follow the steps below to create a Tech Support document:

  1. Click on “Posts” on the top of the left-hand side navigation.
  2. Click on “Add New”
  3. Enter the document’s title
  4. Enter the document’s content
  5. Checkmark “Troubleshooting” category
  6. Click «Publish» once you’re done creating the document

 

Follow the steps below in case you need to edit an existing document:

  1. Click on “All posts”
  2. Use Search to locate the document you’d like to edit
  3. Once you found the document click on its title
  4. Edit the document
  5. Click «Publish»

 

Note:

• In order to embed a Youtube video in a Tech document paste the video link in the document and hit “Enter”
• Please make sure you added a new Tech Document by going to http://wp.ldproducts.com/ and locating the newly added document
