Print Quality Issues
Using a paper towel to cover the ink nozzle holes, tilt the cartridge to left and right a few times.
A printhead cleaning should be performed any time there are print quality issues. To run a printhead cleaning on the Canon iPF6000S do the following;
– Press the Menu button to display MAIN MENU.
– Press the ▲ or ▼ to select Head Cleaning, and then press the ► button.
– Press the ▲ or ▼ to select Head Cleaning B and then press the OK button. The printhead cleaning process will begin and take about 7 minutes to complete.
If the first cleaning doesn’t resolve the issue run a second cleaning. Printhead cleaning does consume ink so it should be done sparingly.
The printheads will need to be replaced after a certain period of usage as part of the regular maintenance of the printer.
Not Fitting
